I am a retired Police Detective Sergeant with 29 years of experience in complex research and investigation. I have 12 years experience in researching family history. I am familiar with all sources of Family History information, particularly in the Yorkshire area of the United Kingdom.

Services

I am willing to undertake all aspects of Family History research in Yorkshire and Lincolnshire, England, including Births, Deaths and Marriage records, census, parish registers, wills etc.

I am a one person operation and offer a friendly, honest and personal service. I enjoy what I do and it will show in the results I am able to produce for you.

Fees

• £10 per hour (minimum 2 hours please) for general research, which usually includes travelling costs in Yorkshire and Lincolnshire.
• Costs of any certificates, photo copies etc., at the price charged to me.
• Agreed travelling expenses (at cost) if you wish me to travel outside of my area.
