Each history features a large, color rendition of the clan crest, a detailed and entertaining history, and a summary of the clan's early origins, pre-Anglicized name, and coat of arms. Each history has been attractively laid out for printing on an 11 X 17 sheet of parchment paper. In total, there are approximately 35,000 histories available for Scottish Clans, Septs and distinguished families.

Postage & Insurance

Buyer pays postage and insurance. For your peace of mind I only use Registered and Insured Post - the cost of this is clearly shown in all our eBay listings (except large or heavy items - contact me for rates). I do not intentionally profit from postage and insurance. When you receive your purchase it will have an Australia Post receipt attached which shows the postage cost only but this excludes the additional costs which I have paid for Registered Post (=$2.60), Insurance (where applicable) and the cost of the packaging or mailing box or tube.

AN IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT POSTAGE: PLEASE CONSIDER WHETHER YOU SHOULD PAY FOR EXPRESS POST.

Mount Isa is outside of Australia Post's 'Next Day Delivery' zone, so even Express Post may take a few days.)

I post most of my items in brand new Australia Post boxes and tubes including packaging materials, to ensure that your items are well protected.

Can I collect my item?

Only for customers living in MOUNT ISA QUEENSLAND, I will deliver the items only by prior arrangements.

All other items will be posted.

What can I do if I do not get my parcel/s?

Contact me for the tracking number for your parcel/s so you can easily find out where your you parcel is. Australia Post does not officially guarantee the time frame for

delivery so please allow extra 3-5 days for your goods. In most cases the goods will arrive as scheduled.

For Australian Customers, please allow 3 – 10 working days for your parcel to arrive.

For International Customers, please allow 10 – 15 working days for your parcel to arrive. (using Air Mail)

I take great care in the packaging of my products but I cannot always predict how they are treated in the mail. Registered mail will cover you for any breakage.

Extra insurance can also be used if required. If your item is damaged, please keep packaging as Australia Post will require to see it for any necessary claims !!
