  • Scottish researcher for the BBC show 'Who Do You Think You Are?', particularly on the Jeremy Paxman and Matthew Pinsent shows
  • Researcher on Family Ties programme.
  • Editor for the Marie Stuart society
  • Member of the Captain Cook Society
  • Chair of the Scottish Women's Land Army Organisation

I will undertake research in the following places:

  • General Register House of Scotland
  • The National Library of Scotland
  • The British Library
  • The Family History Centre (London)
  • The National Archives (formerly PRO)
  • The Imperial War Museum
  • The House of Lords Archives
  • As well as other libraries and archives around the country

Fees

My fee is £23 an hour plus expenses.
