Qualifications:

• B.A. in Russian and in Family History with an emphasis in German and Slavic research from Brigham Young University, Utah
• FEEFHS member
• Proficiency in reading Old German script (Gothic)
• Proficiency in reading old and modern Russian, Polish, and Lithuanian handwriting
• Fluent in Russian, Polish, and Lithuanian
• Experienced in working with archives in Russia, Poland, and Lithuania when records are not available on the microfilm in the US
• Years of experience using on-line genealogical resources
